Upperco Junior's Hold Annual Awards!

On January 10th the Upperco Junior Vol. Fire Co. held their annual awards banquet and elections. We had 1 member graduating and moving to the Sr. Company this year. During the awards Dylan Dotson was not only presented with his top hours certificate for over 200 hours but also a plaque for completing the program and moving on to the Sr. company. Upperco VFC Purchases Land to Build a New Station

In September 2017, Upperco Volunteer Fire Company put together a committee to review properties to build a new station. The New Property Committee was formed and chaired by Mike Robinson. After careful analysis of several sites, the committee presented the company with a piece of property on the corner of Fringer Road and Route 30 in Upperco, MD – a part of the Lippy Brothers Farm. Upperco VFC Responds to Mid Morning Garage Fire

Public Information Officer, Richard Bleser, December 17

This morning (12/17/18) around 9AM, Upperco VFC responded to a structure fire in the 18000 block of Marshall Mill Road in Upperco. Crews from the surrounding counties responded to the fire with a total of over 50 firefighters and numerous fire apparatus on the scene.
