Upperco volunteers respond to working building fire in Westminster Shortly before 6pm Wednesday evening, Carroll County units were dispatched to the report of a building fire in downtown Westminster, at 27 Main St

Upperco Volunteer Fire Company, August 12

first arriving units reported smoke from the roof of a mixed occupancy building with multiple residential units, and observed an individual on the roof, as well as multiple people on all floors of the building.

Seeing this, the box was upgraded to a rescue assignment, followed shortly by the Rapid Intervention Dispatch (RID) and Fire Task Force (FTF), bring multiple additional units from surrounding ... (Full Story & Photos)
