At 7:36 this morning Upperco units were alerted for a residential house fire in the area of rt 30 and rt 91. Upon the first engine arriving neighbors stated that 5 children could possibly still be inside, The immediate call was made for additional units for a fire with persons trapped. Thankfully no people were home at the residents but 2 dogs were located and Rescued. Upperco was assisted by several other career and vol Baltimore county units as well as Carroll county units from Hampstead and Gamber. All units were clear and in service around 10:30
